Welcome to The Flamingo, St. Francis of Assisi Catholic School’s largest PVO fundraiser of the year and a great, community building excuse for a date night. All proceeds raised go to support the school -
2026s proceeds will go towards the Cougar Fund and Teacher Endowment Funds.

Flamingo 2025

Cheers to 100 Years

We want to send a special THANK YOU to the families and businesses that supported the 2025 event and celebrated our school’s 100 year anniversary with us! We raised a record breaking $65,000!!

Your donations and support have been used for three very important projects. (1) interior communal spaces have been painted, (2) a water-bottle filling water fountain has been installed in the Parish Hall, and (3) funds have been put towards the Teacher Endowment Fund, which will help the school to attract and retain quality educators.

We cannot thank you enough for helping to make last year’s event such a success!
