SFA Hot Lunch Program

Hot lunches are available every Thursday.  Ordering is available in FACTS . You may order for the entire year! Lunch ordering will start on Monday, August 17th and the first hot lunch is Thursday, August 27th.

Important Notes:

  • Orders for each week must be submitted by Monday at midnight (with the exception of Raising Canes which will need to be done the week prior). Ordering is turned off between Monday at midnight and Thursday at noon to prevent late orders for the week that throw off our lunch count. 

  • Raising Canes will be the third Tuesday of each month. 

  • You can view the lunch menu on the facts calendar. 

  • You can order on Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday during the year.

  • We need 2 volunteers per lunch, and 3 on breakfast days—Signup here https://www.signupgenius.com/go/4090F4BAEA82EA7FD0-65156472-hotlunch. Time needed is 10:50am - 12:10pm.

How to Order:

  1. Go to the Family Portal in FACTS.

  2. On the left, click Student → Lunch.

  3. At the top, choose Create Web Order.

  4. Select your child’s name to activate the drop down box which has the order dates (repeat for multiple children).

  5. Add items, scroll to the bottom, and click Submit Order.

  6. Confirm and pay on the FACTS Financial page. (You will be automatically directed to this page)

Payment Options:

  • Checking account = Free

  • Credit card = 2.95% fee (set by FACTS, not SFA)

  • There is not a way to pay for lunch outside of FACTS (we cannot take checks/cash for lunch)
